OHT jointly exhibited our unique technology, EPIS, with Nano System Solutions as V Technology group in SEMICON Taiwan held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from September 6th to 8th, 2023.
Since it was the first appearance of EPIS in Taiwan, it attracted a lot of attentions from visitors.
